Arrest warrant issued for 22-year-old accused of statutory rape

A warrant has been issued in Clay County for the arrest of a 22-year-old man accused of having sex with a minor.

Prosecutors on Wednesday charged Hayden Allen with one count of first-degree statutory rape.

Allen is accused of having sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 14, according to online court records.

Allen’s bond was set at $40,000 with the condition that he not have contact the victim. He was not in custody Friday night.
