Johnson County man accused of raping 14-year-old girl
A 29-year-old Johnson County man was charged Friday with raping and sodomizing a 14-year-old girl.
Cody Joe Beltz, of Edgerton, is charged in Johnson County District Court with rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, aggravated criminal sodomy and sodomy.
His bond was set at $100,000.
Beltz allegedly provided the girl with alcohol and marijuana before the sexual assault on Sept. 27, according to court documents.
