Kansas City man guilty of using toddler to make child porn
A 28-year-old Kansas City man admitted Monday that he used a 2-year-old girl to make child pornography.
Conner Michael Webb pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Kansas City, where he faces a sentence of 15 to 30 years in prison without parole.
Authorities learned of Webb’s crime while investigating another person in Kansas for child pornography, according to federal prosecutors.
Webb and the person in Kansas exchanged online messages and images of child pornography, including a cell phone video that Webb sent last year showing the 2-year-old victim, prosecutors said.
A sentencing date has not been set.
