Police seek to identify suspect in robbery at Festival Foods

Kansas City police are trying to identify a subject wanted for questioning in a September store robbery.

Police said the person entered Festival Foods in the 4300 block of Chouteau Trafficway about 12:45 p.m. Sept. 30 and walked out of the store without paying for items in a shopping cart.

The subject allegedly assaulted a store manager who tried to stop the robbery.

The subject then loaded the items into the back of a waiting truck, which was driven by another unknown subject.
