Road rage incident in Northland leaves one dead
An apparent road rage incident Friday night in Kansas City, North, left one man dead and a suspect on the phone to police to report his actions.
Police said the call came from a man in his late teens about 10:15 p.m. from a gas station near the Missouri 152 exit on Interstate 29. The caller became a suspect in the case and was taken into custody.
The incident took place as the two vehicles were traveling north on I-29 and took the exit toward eastbound 152. Police said the incident may have started as a road rage situation.
When police arrived at the ramp to Missouri 152, they found a man in his 30s inside one vehicle, dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
