Overland Park police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man in a photo after a felony theft Tuesday.

According to police, the man watched and followed a woman Tuesday as she entered a Target store in the 11500 block of West 97th Street near Oak Park Mall.

The man grabbed keys from the woman’s hand as she entered the checkout lane and left with her vehicle.
