Kansas City, Kan., homicide victim identified
A man shot to death Monday in Kansas City, Kan., was identified Wednesday as 21-year-old Clarence Buford.
Kansas City, Kan., police said that Buford was shot Monday afternoon in a strip mall parking lot at 43rd Street and State Avenue.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the case and are asking anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (474-8477).
