Local real-estate marketing executive wins national sales honor from Home Builders

The National Association of Home Builders bestowed Jodi Palin with a Gold Award in its 2018 Sales Manager of the Year category.

Palin is the vice president of sales at Summit Homes in Lee’s Summit. She received the honor at the Home Builders’ annual national awards gala.

“We congratulate Jodi on her amazing achievement and national recognition,” Zalman Kohen, Chief Operating Officer for Summit Homes, said in a release. “She inspires so many by the way she leads, motivates and sets the bar at the highest level.

“Her creativity and relentless pursuit of improvement is admirable. We are very proud to have her on our Summit Team.”

The Gold Award was presented to Palin earlier this month during the International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Fla.

The award is for superior sales and marketing achievement in the nation’s largest competition for new-home sales and marketing professionals.

A panel of three industry experts pared down the more than 1,300 entries to a select group for Gold and Silver Awards during the three-day conference.
