Olathe company opens Atlanta office
Georgia expansion
Xact Data Discovery, the Olathe-based provider of data management services for law firms, corporations and government agencies, said it has opened an office in Atlanta. The office houses sales staff and production employees for both paper and electronic discovery services. The company said it now has 17 offices in the United States and two locations in India.
Lane4 addition
Lane4 Property Group said it has hired Devin Schuster as a vice president. Schuster will be involved in the leasing of several Lane4 projects, including 39Rainbow, the redevelopment of the Metcalf South Shopping Center and 95 West. Schuster was previously a vice president at Zimmer Real Estate Services.
Lenexa bond ratings
Standard & Poor’s Corp. has raised its rating on thc city of Lenexa’s general obligation bonds to AAA , the agency’s highest rating. In addition, Moody’s Investors Service has confirmed the city’s top Aaa rating.
According to the city, its credit rating has improved by two notches for both rating agencies, — from Aa2 to Aaa with Moody’s and from AA to AAA with Standard & Poor’s.
Appraisal software
Overland Park-based United States Appraisals, said it has developed a technology platform that streamlines the appraisal part of the mortgage loan application process with the Ellie Mae loan origination software.
