Philomena, who is at Melissa’s Second Chances, is super social and has never met a human she didn’t adore. She has finally completed her heartworm treatment and is ready to find her new family. She is very loving and loyal, and she would love to be in your lap or snuggled under a blanket.

Melissa’s Second Chances is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue in Shawnee. The organization finds homes and safe refuge for animals in need of a second chance to be a beloved family pet.
