Moe

Breed: Shorthair mix

Age: 2 years old

Moe came to Wayside in February when he was found in an abandoned apartment by himself. Animal Control rescued him and brought him to us, where we could make him feel safe again.

Of course, he was pretty nervous at first, with so many new people and smells. But that’s when his foster mom picked him up so he could go stay at her house. He really enjoyed his time in foster, and he became best friends with his foster cat brother. Honestly, Moe would love to go home to another playful cat so he has someone to hang out with. His foster mom also said Moe was brave and outgoing, and the family enjoyed his silly antics. Moe has seen some confusing times, but he is ready to open his heart to his forever family. Is that with you?

Miche

Breed: Pit bull terrier mix

Age: 2 years old

Meet Miche (Meesh). She has so much love to give, so hopefully you are ready to receive it. Miche came to Wayside from Puerto Rico. It was a scary and confusing time for her, but she’s worked hard to build up her confidence and trust in humans.

She joined the confidence college program at our Canine Behavior Center and really thrived. Now she showers her trusted friends with kisses and cuddles, plays with toys and loves playing with her dog friends. She is looking for a calm, quiet home that is ready to accept her for all that she is. Another dog to play with is a must. They really help her boost her confidence. She still has a lot to learn about the world and her place in it. But she’s looking for some awesome people to join her on the ride to discover and experience life.
