New construction begins at Tallgrass Creek

Construction has begun on the fifth residence building at Tallgrass Creek in Overland Park.

Goldfinch Lane, a four-story residence building, will offer 78 apartments in 12 designs.

Goldfinch Lane is an Erickson Living Management LL-development project.

The apartment complex will offer deluxe appliances and upgraded flooring as well as a 1,200-square- foot community room for meetings.

“We listened to resident comments and requests,” said sales director Blake Marshall. “Goldfinch Lane will have more one-bedroom designs with outdoor space such as patios and balconies, under-building parking, and be closer to the Audubon Clubhouse and other amenities at Tallgrass Creek.”
