Students collect awards at Greater KC Science and Engineering Fair


Leawood Elementary School fifth-grader Mia Dent set up her science fair project on March 11 at Union Station at the 64th annual Greater Kansas City Science and Engineering Fair. More than 1,200 area students displayed their projects at the fair. Mia’s project was a Lego sorter, a contraption she built to sort the large blocks from the small ones.
