Rally for Kids concert

Johnson County residents are invited to the second annual Rally for Kids Concert on June 10 at Park Place Leawood. The concert is sponsored by Park Place, Shawnee Mission Health and Raised with Love and Limits.

The event will include a Red Wagon Parade, live music from Jim “Mr. Stinky Feet” Cosgrove, and family activities like face painting and balloon artists.

Raised with Love and Limits, a local non-profit organization, benefits families of children with behavioral issues. The organization works to improve the health of children by providing support to parents. Funds raised are used to support the organization’s efforts.

The parade begins at 11 a.m. at the intersection of Ash Street and 115th Terrace and is open to the public. Registration and more information can be on the Learning Tree’s website, www.the-learning-tree.com/buy/rfk-donation/rally-for-kids-registration. A $10 donation is suggested.
