Roeland Park police distributing free CPR instructional kits
Roeland Park police will be distributing free CPR instructional kits to more than 30 people selected at random around the community on Wednesday.
The CPR Anytime kits include an instructional DVD and a blow-up mannequin that makes a clicking noise when CPR hand pressure is performed correctly.
The Roeland Park Police Department is teaming with the American Hearth Association’s Go Red For Women movement, and Kansas City-based H&R Block to help educate the public about CPR.. Heart Association staff members will be assisting police with handing out the kits.
