One dead in double shooting in KC
One person was killed and another wounded in a double shooting Wednesday in the 3900 block of East 31st Street in Kansas City. The incident was reported about 9 p.m. Police Chief Darryl Forté tweeted that one victim died later at a hospital. The second victim was grazed in the incident. Police were continuing to investigate.
