Visit KC adds community outreach staff

Visit KC has hired Ashley Patton to serve as community engagement manager for the metro area’s primary convention and tourism agency.

Patton will focus on engaging local residents in the agency’s volunteer programs. She also will work with local interests to improve Visit KC’s visitors center in downtown Kansas City and other visitor experiences.

Patton previously worked at the University of Central Missouri.
