‘Reply to all’

So innocent, this email seems,

Addressed to all the office teams;

But from one email singly dawned,

A dozen others quickly spawned.

Recipients would answer “Yes,”

But how they sent it caused the stress;

Each “yes” that’s sent within the loop

Was broadcast to entire group.

“Stop sending these!” the emails shout;

A civil war, of sorts, broke out.

“Please drop me from this list!” they’ll huff,

Then hit “reply,” which adds to guff.

Such mayhem! Chaos! may befall

Each time we hit “reply to all.”
