Independence man is missing
An Independence man with dementia is missing and police are seeking help in locating him.
Tommie E. Richardson, 69, was last seen Friday morning walking away from a residence in the 100 block of East Southside Boulevard.
Richardson is 5-feet-9-inches tall and 155 pounds with gray hair in a pony tail and a beard. He wears glasses. He was wearing a green and gray fleece jacket, blue jeans and a leather cap.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Independence police at 816-836-3600.
