Family wanted: DeMaun hopes for a home

DeMaun, 9, isn’t able to verbalize his wants or needs, but he can express his happiness like any other child his age.

He likes music and anything that lights up, even though he is legally blind. He uses a cane to get around.

DeMaun is cheerful and affectionate and is good with other children.

He attends a school for developmentally disabled children and receives special education services four days a week.

DeMaun has come a long way in the last year. He will need a family that can meet his many medical needs.
