Woman killed in Prairie Village crash was from Raytown

The woman killed in a single-car crash early Sunday was identified as Tiara N. Burns, 30, of Raytown.

Burns was headed west on 75th Street about 12:50 a.m. Sunday when she lost control of her Honda car.

Witnesses said the car veered into a concrete median, crossed the eastbound lanes and struck a light pole on the southeast corner of 75th and Belinder Road.

Burns died at the scene.
