Pedestrian struck by bus, killed on U.S. 71

A pedestrian was stuck by an ATA bus and killed Monday night on U.S. 71 near 63rd Street.

The incident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. in the northbound lanes. Northbound U.S. 71 is closed past Meyer Boulevard.
