60-day closure of I-435/I-35 ramp in Johnson County begins Tuesday morning
A 60-day closing of the westbound Interstate 435 ramp to northbound I-35 is scheduled to begin early Tuesday in Johnson County.
The Kansas Department of Transportation said the ramp will be shut down for reconstruction work beginning at 5 a.m. Tuesday. It will be closed around the clock until sometime on July 29, weather permitting.
During the shutdown, westbound I-435 traffic will access northbound I-35 via northbound U.S. 69.
