Crews search the Blue River for missing fisherman

Kansas City firefighters and water rescue crews searched the Blue River Friday night for an 18-year-old man who was believed to have fallen into the water while fishing.

Crews began searching the river near 23rd Street and Manchester Trafficway after the incident was reported about 7:30 p.m., according to authorities.

The search continued.
