Missing Kansas City 9-year-old boy found safe

Kansas City police say a 9-year-old boy reported missing Thursday night returned home and is safe.

Dorian Bray was reported missing Thursday afternoon. He was last seen near East 36th Street and Norton Avenue about 4 p.m., police said.

According to police, he returned home around 11 p.m. Thursday night.
