Munday on Monday: Procrastination

By waiting till deadline grows nigh

And putting off action, you sigh;

Till the very last minute

You’ve yet to begin it;

“Oh, why did I wait?” you may cry.

And poets, they too, may incline,

Delaying their duties of rhyme;

In horror they’ll find

That they’ve run out of time

And not finish the very last
