Woman is killed when two SUVs collide in Kansas City
A woman was killed Saturday morning when two SUVs collided at Cleveland Avenue and Linwood Boulevard, police said.
The wreck happened shortly after 10 a.m. Police said one SUV probably was traveling at high speed.
A black Chevrolet SUV traveling north on Cleveland and a silver Saturn SUV traveling east on Linwood collided at the light.
The female driver of the Saturn SUV was killed. Her passenger, another female, was uninjured.
The male driver of the Chevy SUV was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
