Missing Kansas City woman found safe

A missing Kansas City woman who disappeared overnight from her home has been found safe at a medical facility, police said Wednesday afternoon.

Police earlier on Wednesday had asked for help finding Lynita R. Dukes, who was last seen about midnight Tuesday at her home in the 10300 block of Oakland Ave.

Police said she has unspecified health issues and her family was concerned for her safety.
