Semi overturns, closing ramp from Winner Road to southbound I-435

The ramp from Winner Road to southbound Interstate 435 was closed during Wednesday’s morning rush hour after a semitrailer overturned, spilling its load.

The non-injury crash occurred about 6:25 a.m. The ramp was expected to remain closed for several hours while crews clear debris.
