Police identify two people who died in KCK vehicle fatality

Kansas City, Kan., police have identified two people who died Friday in a single-vehicle traffic accident as Troy Lockard, 42, of Ozark, Mo., and Amy J. Craig, 43, of Grandview.

The two were traveling north on 59th Street when the driver lost control and their vehicle crashed near Inland Drive, according to police.
