Accident closes Northland exit from Interstate 29

Authorities closed the exit onto Waukomis Drive from northbound Interstate 29 following a multi-car, mid-morning accident on Saturday.

It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the pile-up. Emergency officials were re-routing traffic around the accident, according to the KC Scout website.

They expected to have scene cleared and the exit re-opened after 11 a.m.
