Pedestrian killed in Tonganoxie
A pedestrian was killed Friday night when he was struck by sport utility vehicle on Kansas 16 in Tonganoxie.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported that Clinton Beach, 28, of Tonganoxie, was killed when he was hit by a Ford Explorer traveling north on K-16 near Haigwood Road about 7:30 p.m.
The crash is still under investigation.
