Firefighters battle blaze at Aquarius store near Westport

Kansas City firefighters responded about noon Tuesday to a fire at a retail store near Westport.

Firefighters soon reported the fire extinguished at the Aquarius New Age & Nature store at 3936 Broadway.

James Garrett, Kansas City Fire Department spokesman, said he knew of no injuries and wasn’t aware of what caused the fire.
