The Kansas City Public Library will issue electronic borrowing cards for accessing e-books, streaming video, music and online publications.
Beginning Monday the cards will be obtainable from home for residents of the bi-state metropolitan area who are 13 or older. They will offer immediate access to the library’s entire electronic collection. Go to www.kclibrary.org/ecard
