Munday on Monday: Do-it-yourself fix

The right-turn signal flickered fast

(The bulb was on the fritz at last)

To dealer oft I go for this;

But “I can fix it!” I insist.

It took all morning —— taxed my smarts —

At least three trips for bulb and parts —

But now I test it: Whatcha think?

The proper pace of flicker-blink!

In triumph now through town I speed

While making turns I do not need —

Why, just to show to all who gazed:

My blinker works —so be amazed!
