Southbound I-435 reopened at I-70 east of Kansas City

Southbound Interstate 435 has reopened at Interstate 70, on the Missouri side, after a multi-vehicle accident.

The accident occurred shortly before 4 p.m., disrupting rush-hour traffic. The scene was cleared at 5:23 p.m.
