KC man reported missing after parade reaches home safely

A 22-year-old Kansas City man who disappeared during the World Series parade made it home safely, police announced Wednesday morning.

Michael “Dre” Luke was last seen about 11:45 a.m. near 13th and McGee streets, police said in announcing that he was missing. Those close to him told police that Luke has Asperger’s and seemed confused.

He made it home just after 9 p.m. unharmed, police said.
