Medical examiner seeks relatives of 65-year-old KC woman

The Jackson County Medical Examiner’s Office is trying to find the family of Judy Parks, 65, who was found deceased at 4011 N. Jackson Ave. in Kansas City. The office asks anyone with information on the Asian woman’s family to call the on-duty investigator at 816-881-6604.
