Missing Tonganoxie woman found safe

Tonganoxie police said on Saturday that a 57-year-old woman had been found safe after disappearing earlier this month.

Loretta J. Jewell had been missing since Oct. 18. Jewell has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and it was feared that she did not have her medication.

Police did not release details about where Jewell had been or where she was found.
