Overland Park crash victim is identified

A woman killed in an Overland Park crash Tuesday afternoon has been identified as Saleia Aaron of Grandview.

Overland Park police said Aaron, 26, was a passenger in a car involved in a two-vehicle crash on Kenneth Road near 159th Street.

The car Aaron was riding in was heading north on Kenneth Road when the driver lost control, police said. A southbound truck collided with the car’s passenger side.

Aaron died at the scene. Both drivers were taken to hospitals. Police did not release the extent of their injuries.
