Motorcyclist killed in KCK crash is identified

Richard K. Roebuck, 68, of Shawnee, died when the motorcycle he was riding and a dump truck crashed in Kansas City, Kan., police said.

Roebuck was headed east about 5:20 p.m. Monday on Kaw Drive when his motorcycle rear-ended a dump truck near South 78th Street, police said.

He died at the scene.

The driver of the dump truck was not injured.
