KC snow forecast: never mind
Saturday afternoon, the National Weather Service dialed back its forecast for snow in the Kansas City region.
Northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri could still see an inch or two of snow, the weather service said. A winter weather advisory remained for areas along and north of U.S. 36 until midnight.
The Kansas City metro area might see flurries into the evening and overnight, with only minor accumulations at most.
That white stuff on Kansas City streets right now? Salt, not snow.
