Munday on Monday: Always picked last

In gym, when teams were picked for class

The biggest klutz was picked the last.

And such was I, so every year

I brought up the selection rear.

But ah! One year I looked to see

A less athletic kid than me!

So in that glory year I basked —

For now I was the next to last!

Alas, that kid was transferred fast;

So once again, I’m picked the last.
