Police identify Kansas City man killed in wreck
Kansas City police released the name of a 29-year-old Kansas City man killed in a one-vehicle wreck early Tuesday at Winner Road and Manchester Avenue.
Thaddeus Wilson, 29, was killed in the accident just after 3 a.m.
Police said Wilson was westbound when he lost control of his vehicle and drove south of a bridge. The vehicle ripped through a chain-link fence and went airborne over two sets of railroad tracks before crashing into several parked vehicles.
Wilson was ejected and was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital, police said.
