Kansas City Fall Parade of Homes begins Oct. 3

Kansas City area builders will open 301 new homes for visitor inspection Oct. 3-18 during the annual Fall Parade of Homes. Ninety-nine builders in the seven-county area will show homes ranging from $192,000 to nearly $1.6 million.

Homes on the 2015 tour, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City, will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free.

Free tour guide books may be picked up after Sept. 25 at the association office at I-435 and Holmes Road or at all homes on the tour. Information also is online at www.kcparadeofhomes.com. Homes can be searched by price, location, builder, floor plan and subdivision, and personal tour routes can be mapped out.
