‘The Hummingbird’ takes flight at museum’s Mother’s Day celebration
As part of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art’s Mother’s Day celebration, the StoneLion Puppet Theatre presented “The Hummingbird” on the museum’s south lawn. The story is a folk tale about a hummingbird’s effort to extinguish a wildfire one drop of water at a time.
