Body in submerged vehicle identified

The body recovered from a truck discovered submerged in a Northland pond on Monday was identified as that of 42-year-old Vincent Eugene Reynolds.

Reynolds had last been seen early on the morning of April 12 and was reported missing by family members on April 14.

The discovery was made in the 6000 block of Northwest Prairie View Road, near Reynolds’ apartment complex. Police said the cause of death is being investigated by the medical examiner.
