Ray-Pec has new tip line

The Raymore-Peculiar School District has established Quick Tip, a new system that allows students, staff, parents or community members to relay concerns about bullying and other potential safety issues.

Students and parents are also welcome to continue contacting school officials directly.

To submit a safety or bullying report using Quick Tip, go to

www.raypec.k12.mo.us

, click on the yellow link and complete the information requested. Tipsters have a choice to remain anonymous.

“It’s helpful to share specific information such as a detailed description of the concern or incident, names and grade levels of those involved, location of concern, names of any potential witnesses, and any supporting evidence,” the district said in a news release. “The district will follow up on each report.”

The district said anyone who makes a false report would be subject to disciplinary action.
