Miami County crash kills motorcyclist
A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash in Miami County.
The Miami County Sheriff’s Office said that 25-year-old Max Wood of rural La Cygne, Kan., died in the crash just before noon Wednesday at U.S. 69 and 359th Street.
Wood’s motorcycle and an SUV collided on the highway on-ramp, according to the sheriff’s office.
The driver of the SUV was not injured. The crash remains under investigation.
