KC home invasion attack reported
As many as six assailants armed with a variety of weapons robbed the residents of a Kansas City house early Thursday morning.
Police said the suspects entered the house in the 5500 block of Woodland Avenue a little after 2 a.m. through an unlocked back door.
The victims reported that the male suspects were armed with a knife, gun, pepper spray and a Taser. The victims were forced to lie on the floor while the suspects ransacked the residence, police reported.
One victim was assaulted with pepper spray before the suspects fled.
